Pasta for Pucks – 2012 – Schedule
Set Up – 11am – 3pm
Only 1 parent needs to come for their designated time slot. Preferably no kids during set up please.
11am – 12:30 – bring items into hall, set up tables with table cloths, napkins, place settings, table numbers, salt and pepper shakers, etc., organize door prizes and trophies, and lay jerseys on head table.

12pm – 1:30 – Silent auction set up. Prizes laid out, bid sheets and pens put out, set up payment table with paper, pen, calculator, extra bid sheets……
Kelly Charbonneau – Team leader
1:30 – 3:00 – Food Prep – organize kitchen, cook pasta, chop/wash lettuce and other veggies, cut and plate cake and pie, etc….
Doucette – Team Leader
**Parents and Players are expected to arrive at 3:15 to begin the fun***
Please remember to have your child dressed in a white dress shirt and tie and jeans or dress pants.
Please bring your AWAY Jersey to this event!!
A small snack of apples and granola bars will be provided to players before the dinner serving gets underway. If your child prefers something else, please bring it and have it ready for their snack time. We will meet on the steps at the front door of the Hall at snack time.
4:30 snack group – Zach, Bryce, Jarrett, Logan, Jack, Reid, Aydan, Owen
4:45 snack group – Nolan, Cash, Cameron, Daniel, Aidan, Riley, Lucas and Lucas
Please have your child ready and at the snack area for their snack time.

4:00 – 5:00 – Shooter Tutor – Jim Charbonneau, Darren MacDonald, Meagan Burgess-Whiting to collect money
5:00 – 5:30 – Shooter Tutor – Andrew Anderson, Pat M, Barb Piccoli to collect money
Each child will have a 10 minute shift to stand in front of the hall and greet our guests. Parents, please help get your kids to the greeting station at their appointed time! (There will be some overlap at the 4:30 – 4:45 time frame between snack and greeting shift)
4:00 – Zach, Bryce, Jarrett
4:10 – Logan, Jack, Reid Team leader/parent supervisor – Joe Coady (4 – 4:30)
4:20 – Nolan, Cash, Cameron
4:30- Daniel, Lucas F, Aiden
4:40 – Riley, Lucas C Team Leader/parent supervisor – McNaughton( 4:30 – 5: 00)
4:50 – Aydan M, Owen
5:00 – Zach, Bryce, Jarrett
5:10 – Logan, Jack, Reid Team leader/parent supervisor- Brisbin (5:00 to 5:30)
5:20 – Nolan, Cash, Cameron
5:30 – Cameron, Daniel, Lucas F
4:00 – 5:45 or until people are being seated for dinner
Roam from game to game, making sure kids are taking turns, not swinging clubs, etc., helping round up kids for snack time and greeting times….
5:30 – 9:00
5:15 – kitchen crew heads to kitchen to being final preparation. Dish out pasta, dress salad, other duties as needed.
Kitchen crew is : Doucette, Anderson, Howden, Corbeil, Mastrogiacomo
5:45 – one parent for each player and the player meets by the kitchen for final instructions, then goes to head table to wait to be introduced by Jim Charbonneau.
6:00 – the following parents report to the head table to eat/supervise/dish out kids’ dinner

6:00 – 6:10 – Welcome address by Jim, introduction of team
6:10 – 6:20 – dinner is served. Once your child has served his tables, please take child to head table, dish up his meal, and then head back to your table to eat.
6:20 – 6:45 – eating dinner
6:45 – Jim announces messy face contest and calls the boys up to the messy face table. Andrew will have the table set up, 3 small bowls of pasta on the table, plus 3 large shirts or bibs to cover their dress shirts. Winners are judged by applause. Jim hands out trophies to winners. (42 seconds for contest)
6:50 – Child, with parent’s help, clears their assigned tables. Remove pasta bowls, salad bowls, bun baskets, dirty dishes, utensils and brings to kitchen window.
6:50 - cake cutting crew heads to kitchen to cut and plate cake
Cake cutting crew: Doucette, Anderson, Howden, Byers, Wilsie
7:00 – child and parents meet at kitchen to get cake. Serve tables
7:00 – coffee crew meets at kitchen to get coffee, milk, cream, cups, sugars, stir sticks on carts and wheels it out to front of hall for guests to serve themselves. Coffee crew iis: Coulson, MacDonald, McNaughton
7:15 – live auction begins. Andrew Anderson is Auctioneer
8:00 – silent auction closes. Auction crew is: Beattie, Brisbin, Favretto. Team gathers bid sheets, give list of winners to Andrew to announce, confirm bid sheets with prizes, collect money, hand out prizes.
Clean up Approximately 8:45 until completed
