Canteen Manager Wanted

Our Club is looking for 2 dedicated volunteers to take on the role of Canteen Manager for the 2013 season.

This position would require the following duties:

• Ordering of stock (except drinks) and ensuring supplies are stocked and available for customers
• Implementing game day and training night canteen rosters
• Ensuring canteen is open on Tuesday & Thursday training nights and home games for Senior and Junior teams
• Working in the canteen on a regular basis/on a split roster (this way not one person is responsible for a full day service)     
• Cash Handling and balancing of till at the end of the day/night.
• Cooking of some meals or basic menu items. 
• Attending committee meetings to advise on the status of the canteen and how the club is looking from a profit/loss scenario.

The canteen is one of the main sources of funds for our club. Without this important position filled we will be forced to close the canteen on occasions, which would be devastating to the club and to some families who rely of the ability to purchase items.
