* Practice will begin at 5:45-7:30 pm Tuesday-Thursday

* Athlete's must have on proper attire for practice according to the weather.

* If an athlete has an illness or injury, please inform coaches prior to every scheduled practice.

* Athlete's must have a positive attitude and give maximum effort at practice.
