Team Information

Be a part of the newest youth lacrosse team in Brevard County, the Brevard Tigers. Our coaching staff has been instructing youth players since 2007. We have introduced 500+ players to the great sport of lacrosse. All of our coaches are US Lacrosse certified. We teach lacrosse fundamentals while emphasizing proper technique, sportsmanship and team play.

Our junior youth lacrosse team is for both novice and experienced players currently attending 4th, 5th or 6th grade at any school in Brevard County. The junior team will practice 2 days per week starting January 30, 2012. Practices will be held at Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy practice field (directions). Practice days are Monday and Wednesday from 5pm until dark.

The team will play in the Florida Lacrosse Association youth league. Games start in late February and end the first week of May. Games are played on Saturdays. Home games are hosted at the Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy stadium (directions) Travel to our opponents fields in Brevard County and the Orlando metro area will be required.

Players must provide their own equipment to include helmet, shoulder pads, arm guards, gloves, stick and mouthpiece. Rib pads are optional. Deeply discounted equipment packages are available from online retailers. We will provide each player with a reversible practice/game jersey.

Every player must have an active US Lacrosse membership to register. If you do not have one, you will be prompted to join US Lacrosse during our registration process. If your membership expires before the end of our season, you will be prompted to renew. The annual membership cost is $25 per player and includes a subscription to US Lacrosse magazine, the premier lacrosse publication in the nation.
