Aguilas defeated LaVillita in the first round of the Playoffs by a score of 15-1. George pitched 5 scoreless innings to pick up the win. Joe contributed 3 inning of relief allowing 1 unearned thanks to the play of shortstop Paul who let one go right between his legs allowing the run. Leading the offensive for the Aguilas Ryan and Art. Art was 4-6 2doubles 1 triple 4 runs scored and 1 rbi. he was a homer short of a cycle. Ryan was 3-4 with a HR, double and single with 4 rbi and 2 SB. Playoff notes. Carlos Gomez making his first appearence since his DL stint on Weight Watchers also delivered. He was 1-1 with a RBI. Also recording the final out.
