
Sessions are open to any new recruits who want to come down and get involved, and all existing team members.
Mid-Season Training
Hillcroft Lacrosse Club trains on a Tuesday night from 8:00 - 9:15pm. Please arrive early than 8:00pm to get yourself warm so that we can hit the ground running once we get on the floor. The venue is currently Lavender Park (Please see the Directions page on how to get there) although this may change for the 2012/13 season as we are exploring other avenues.
Summer Training
Open skills sessions are held Tuesday nights on Clapham common starting from early June (confirmed start date COMING SOON). These are light-hearted sessions aimed at any beginners interested in picking up the sport, as well as any laxers who want to keep a stick in their hand over summer. These are also open to ANY PLAYERS FROM OTHER CLUBS. They usually start from 7 to 7.30 onwards until it gets dark. We usually retire to the WINDMILL PUB for a beer or two afterwords. Sometimes with Clapham Ladies Lacrosse Club. Nice.
Directions:
From the tube, walk down Clapham Common South Side (the main road heading towards Balham), passing the duck pond on you right-hand side. When you come to Windmill drive (and the Windmill pub) turn right onto the Common and walk down the Common towards the bandstand. We should be playing somewhere in this area.
