Apr 23, 2012 - U7 LUFC Flames on fire with 5-0 record..... The LUFC Flames are off to a hot streak to begin their 2012 Spring season. Playing in U7, the team comprised of 5-7 year olds, have started 5-0. The boys are having a blast and providing thrilling games each time out. As coaches and parents we put a lot of focus on skills, teamwork, and having fun. These are great qualities to possess, but the boys have showed us another one, and that is HEART! No matter the challenge, the Flames have been giving it their all from start to finish. It's been a fun beginning to the season and we look forward to continuing to watch the team grow each day. Apr 16, 2012 - LUFC U11 Lions start season off undefeated.... Last fall, in their first season having several players new to competitive soccer, it took the U11 LUFC Lions a few weeks before they hit their stride. This spring, the boys have been playing very well beginning from the first week. Game cancellations due to weather will begin announcing no later than one hour prior to game start time. Games may be played in rain so do not assume they will be cancelled immediately, it depends on the club and field conditions. In some cases there will be a rain delay.
