U9 Wildcats take on A division with a win....

The LUFC Wildcats, after their debut fall season in B1 as a team were promoted to the A division in Spring 2011. That wasn't going to stop them, however, as they took on a tough Futura Inferno in their first game of the season.

 Samantha got the first score of the game on the board with a fantastic goal from the left field.  Kaitlin followed with a well placed goal of her own and made the score 2-0.  Marie did outstanding in goal, making some terrific saves and only letting one by her for a final score of 2-1.  Bailey and Hallie were once again strong in defense, not letting the other team get many shots on goal.  Delany, Sophie and Maddie made a strong mid field and controlled the ball well.  Megan in her first game as a Wildcat showed Coach Rob and her new team mates she is going to be an important part of thet team.
