Each team will have two practices during the week.  Times will vary but we like to schedule the younger athletes earlier in the evening, typically around 5:00.  Practices usually last 1 1/2 to 2 hours, depending on gym availability.  Games are played on the weekends, home games on Sunday, away games either Saturday or Sunday.
