We plan for this site to be information central for all Section III Cheer Coaches and Programs. Coaches - we want to keep you in the loop and get you in contact with each other, so fill out our coach update form so we have your correct contact info! If you are hosting a High School competition - get us your dates and attach your registration forms and info. and we'll try to post it ASAP, to help get the word out. News Article - Tentative Schedule for Section III Championship - Nov 3, 2009 TENTATIVE SCHEDULE Class C & D Teams:
9:00am- doors open & Class C & D Teams can begin check-In 9:45am- Sr. All Star competition begins for Class C & D
11:30 – Opening/National Anthem 11:45 – Team Competition Begins for Class C & D Approx. 12:45 – Awards for Class C & D (20 minutes after last team) 1:00 – 2:00 – Lunch Class A, AA & B Teams 11:30am – Class A, AA & B Teams can begin Check-In 12:15am – Sr. All-Star Competition for Class A, AA & B begins 2:00pm – Team Competition Begins for Class A, AA & B Approx. 3:20– Awards (20 minutes after last team)
News Article - Hosts for 2010-2011 Fall & Winter Sectionals Needed! - Oct 30, 2009 The Section III Committee is accepting host requests for both the Fall 2010 and Winter 2010-2011 Section III Cheerleading Championships. The Fall 2010 Championship will be in the Syracuse area. The Winter 2010-2011 Championship will be headed to a Northern school. If you are a school in one of those 2 areas and are interested in hosting the championship, Please get your requests submitted by the end of February 2010. We will be choosing the sites for both championships at our Spring Meeting. Thank you!
News Article - Winter Season Approaches! - Oct 30, 2009 Winter season is approaching - Please make sure you have a copy of the NFHS Spirit Rules Book and note the changes for this year. ALL High School Teams are required to follow National Federation Rules at all times - practice, games and competition.... We hope everyone has an exciting and Safe Winter Season. Good Luck to all Teams!
News Article - Winter Championship Host Chosen - Oct 30, 2009 The site of the Section III Winter Championship will be Utica Proctor High School in January 2010. We will post registration and competition info. as it becomes available.
News Article - Fall Section III Championship - Sep 28, 2009 The Fall Championship will take place Sat. Nov. 7th at South Jefferson High School. The downloadable registration, scoresheets have been posted in the tabs on the left. Divisons & Performance Order will be posted the week of competition.
