Roberto Clemente Softball League after the opening day ceremonies take place, The 2008 Champions Los Abayardes will open up their season against last years runner-up Los Bravos in a rematch of last years 7 game series won by the Abayardes.
This game will take place on May 9, 2009 at Jaime Ulloa Park located at Morgan St in Springfield, MA
Our Macheteros open up the season against Los Warriors later on that day location TBA. Roberto Clemente Softball League with the help of the New North Citizens' Council Celebrates the League's 2nd opening season on May 9th 2009 at Jaime Olloa Park, Morgan Street, in Springfield. Last year opening day celebration feature Mayor Dominic Sarno and State Rep. Cheryl Rivera throwing out the first pitch.
