Claiming for Injuries

Hi Tpiranhas!

It got to my attention that some of you are still unaware of when to submit your claims for injury.

If you seek help from a physio or any hospital for your injury, please submit your claim form within 1 month from the date of the receipt.

For instance, if you have to undergo physio for 6 months, everytime you undergo treatment,make payment and receive the receipt,quickly go and submit your claim for that receipt. DO NOT wait until the end of the physio,then you collect and attach the receipt together.

The Insurance Company, HAVE THE RIGHT to REJECT the claims if you submit the forms after 1 month from the date of the receipt because it is stated clearly at the terms and conditions.

Please take note of this. Because I DO NOT want to hear that you are not inform about this.
