Beith 1 - 4 BAFCMay. 21, 2012 BAFC won 4-1 at Beith on Saturday, in what was arguably their best performance of the season. Tam McGaughey got the ball rolling after 20 minutes, squeezing in from Craig McDougall's pass. They should have been two up moments later, Adam Martin and Mark Addie both hitting the woodwork in quick succession. The 'Lie were made to pay for the misses, as Beith went straight up the park and equalised. BAFC went back in front after half an hour, McGaughey drilling home after good work from Martin. The away side dominated the rest of the half, both Connor Rooney, and Addie again going close. McDougall made it 3-1 after 50 minutes, heading in from McGaughey's free kick. With half an hour remaining, BAFC went 4-1 up. Stephen Cooper controlling Rooney's wayward shot, and coolly finishing. That was to be the final goal of the game, as the 'Lie secured an impressive win. Team: Davis, Lettice, Cooper, Wright, McDougall, Rooney, Addie (Kilcullen), Leckie, Aird, Martin, McGaughey
