BAFC 3 - 2 LangcraigsMay. 21, 2012 BAFC narrowly beat Langcraigs in their penultimate home game of the season. BAFC opened the scoring after 5 minutes, Tam McGaughey's chip knocked over the line by Mark Addie. Craig McDougall and Addie then went close for the home side, but that was as good as it got in a poor first half. The second half started in the same vein as the first, with neither team able to get a grip on the game, so it was a surprise when the 'Lie went 2-0 up. McGaughey driving home a right footed finish, after Addie and McDougall saw their attempts blocked. Langcraigs pulled one back instantly, with a free header from a corner. The home side went 3-1 up with 20 minutes remaining, good work from McGaughey set Lee Lettice free, and the right back's superb run and cross was converted by Adam Martin, his 9th goal of the season. Langcraigs made it 3-2 with a superb 81st minute strike, but BAFC saw out the rest of the game, and secured a win which virtually guarantees them a sixth place finish. Team: Davis, Lettice, Wright, McDougall, Cooper, Rooney, Addie, Leckie, Aird, Martin, McGaughey Subs: Rennie, Mackintosh, McKelvie, Easson-Brausch, Kilcullen
