at boys its here the preview game,we need to be at the field by 1pm to warmup and get ready for the game.rest til time to go to the field,eat around 11 or 12 not just before the game.

the walk athon is tomorrow be there by 8:00,the walking will start at 8:30.the wieghtin is right after.we need to meet up at field 7

the wednesday scrimmage is not ging to happen tonite.we are taking the nite off,so be ready for thursdays practice.we got the walk athon this saturday be there by 8am.the wieght in is right after.on sunday we have pics at 130 at linclon woods be there by 115 and after that we got to be at newport high school by 3 the game is at 4.

this wednesday we are going to idlewild park to scrimage the buckeyes.be there by 6pm they practice on the left as you pull in the park.

it was a good 2nd week,the heat didnt help any.we got to move some players around this week to get the right matchups.be ready monday guys back to the spartan and we do have alott of things to do to get ready fo rthe start of the season.rember drink water before practice and dont eat dinner just before you come out.
