Bears PeeWees 6, Baltimore 3Feb. 25, 2012 The Bears started a two-game road trip on the final weekend of the regular season with a 6-3 victory over the Baltimore Stars. Special teams ruled the day as the Bears scored 3 short-handed goals and 2 power-play goals to go with their 1 boring even strength goal. The Stars opened the scoring early in the first period, but the Bears stormed back with 5 straight to lead 5-1 at the end of the second period. Hunter had 3 goals and an assist for the Bears. Gunnar had a goal and 3 assists. Silas made a welcome return to the scoresheet with a goal and an assist. Whitt also had a goal, and Aaron had an assist. The scorekeepers had their hands full checking off 48 shots for the Bears and 34 for the Stars. Bears goalie Sam came up with 31 saves.
