Tryout Date & Location:

Saturday, July 27 and/or Sunday, July 28 - Allatoona High School Varsity Baseball Field (specific times TBA)

Please review the following important information:

Players must live in the Allatoona High School district or plan to attend Allatoona HS in order to attend the tryout for the 2013-2014 8th Grade Junior Bucs baseball team.
Players' birthdate must fall between May 1, 1999 and August 31, 2000 to be eligible for 8th Grade/ 14U team.
The 8th Grade Bucs will play 50+ games the spring & summer of 2014 (primarily in Atlanta area)
The 8th Grade Bucs will compete in the North Georgia Feeder Baseball League from February through May, with a few open tournaments mixed in.
Following the school year, the 8th Grade team will be coached by Allatoona High School's Junior Varsity coaches for a month and compete in several area baseball tournaments against other high school teams.
We are planning for the 2013-2014 season to culminate with a trip to Disney's Wide World of Sports to compete in Disney's International Salute to Baseball (June 29-July 5).
The 8th Grade Bucs will work out 3-4 times per month in the fall, and 1-2 times per week during the winter (Dec-Feb) - both indoors and outdoors as facility and field availability allows.
