We are very proud of all the effort this weekend.  We truly feel like we made some strides this weekend.  We won by hitting the ball well in some games and we won by fighting and clawing in some games to stay close.  It was truly a phenomenal effort, but we are not done.  We got better this weekend, however we still are not where we need to be or where we want to be.  Congratulations to Ally Swan, number 88, for her Tournament MVP this weekend.  Ally showed a lot to us this weekend on and off the field and that earned her the first Game Ball of the season.  Let's take what we can from this one to know what we did well, and what we need to work on, to springboard us into Reece Richardson next weekend.  We will have practice for this week posted by tomorrow night.  One final reminder... On a personal note, we would love to see everyone on Friday for Campbell's softball doubleheader.  They play at 4:00pm and 6:00pm and in between the two games, probably around 5:45pm, they will be holding a ceremony to dedicate the new stadium.  The stadium is being named after one of Brittany's best friends from college, Amanda Littlejohn, who lost her battle with cancer this past September.  Brittany will be speaking at this dedication and it would mean a lot to see as many of your faces as possible.  Following the 6:00pm game, there will be a video shown remembering Amanda, who she was and what she meant to the people around her.  Admission to all Campbell softball games is free, so it would be a great evening of cheap fun for you and your family.  Thank you to everyone for all of your support.  Please know that we are working as hard as we can to try and make your kids better every day.  If you have any questions about anything, please feel free to let us know and we will do our best to answer them.  Great weekend!  Let's get better this week and be even stronger next weekend!  Go Storm!
