There will be a slight change in how club members will be able to pay off there subs this year. Adam Mist will be collecting subs from people who want to pay off in installments, he will keep note of who has paid what. Hopefully this will make it easier for the people who cant pay it off in one go and will find it easier to pay it all off this way. You can pay off what you want starting from the first net session tommorow, up until the cut off date which has yet to be set by the commitee, but whatever amount you still have to pay by that cut off date will have to be paid then, so better to get the money in early doors then you and the club wont have to worry about it! Alternatively club members can also pay it all in one go, this is also to be paid to Adam Mist so the cricket section can keep a track of who has paid what without having to go back and forth to the trust. The fees havent been set in stone yet but they should be roughly the same as last year. Approximately £70 for adults and £20 for juniors and students.

The winter nets for both adults and juniors will start on Sunday 24th January at Stockland Green lesiure centre. The juniors will net from 10am - 11am and the adults will follow from 11am - 12noon. Wayne has asked for all members, adults and juniors to be there at least 15min before the start to ensure we are ready to start netting as soon as possible. Thank you.

As we now have the Play-Cricket website for all our stats i have replaced the 'player stats' page on this website, with 'averages' as were getting closer to the end of the season the club averages are going to be decided, so i have made a page so people can see who are in contention for the club averages in all 1st and 2nd team batting and bowling. There are still a few games left but this is how they stand now. This page will help as on the play cricket site you cant filter both saturday and sunday games togethere so theres no way on there of looking at the 'club averages' heres your answer...

For those of you who dont know, i have transfered the scorecards and stats to our play-cricket website as its far easier and less time consuming on there and the stats and scorecards are more in depth and automatically done for us.

All scorecards and stats will now be on that website, so anyone looking for them should go there. Also if people are still doing match reports i can copy them from our forum and then paste them directly onto the relevant scorecard, which could be better!?

Only about 8 seniors have paid their fees to date. From this week those people shall ba guaranteed a game. Those who have yet to pay might not be as lucky. If by next Tuesday people have not made ANY contribution to their annual fees they will not be selected.

THEREFORE: All players selected to play this wknd are to bring SOME contribution towards their fees (suggest £25/30 minimum) as well as their daily £5/7 match fee. Hand it to any of the Captains, the Chairman or Gordon. THANKYOU

Selection is a difficult task at present due to the large numbers of available players. The Selection Committee is doing all it can to ensure the process is done fairly and profesionally with the overall aim of both getting everyone a game and winning those games!
To try and accomodate so much demand, the Club will be endeavouring to field 3 teams on both a Saturday and Sunday from now on. Chris Hinton will be captaining the Sunday 3rd XI. Volunteers for Saturday please speak to me ASAP.
Erdington Court is a Club and not a number of separate teams / squads. If you make yourself available to play for the CLUB then you are expected to play for any of the sides we are putting out that day. No one should feel that playing for the 2nd or 3rd XI is somehow "beneath them." This does not help the Club. Especially during such difficulty, I would ask all members to be especially supportive and understanding of the committee and the team captains.
There are two ways in which you can help yourself get a game:
1. Pay your annual fees. Priority will be given to ensure paid members get a game.
2. Let the Captains know you are available before Tuesday evenings. With 45 people to choose from already, you don't want your name to be left off the list! A text message will do!

The lichfield League Tables have finally been updated, ive updated the tables on our site. Both the 1st and 2nd XI sit 2nd in there respective division after winning each of there opening games.
