May 3, 2012 - Freedom Falls to Parkland

With the Lady Pates down all three defensive starters (2 concussions & 1 stomach virus), we knew this was going to be a challenging game.  Parkland came out strong and settled into a confident scoring pattern throughout the game.  The Freedom Lady Laxers had some fun, switching around positions, and getting some of the more inexperienced players out for longer playing time.  A terrific moment occurred with Kirsten Bell scoring in the second half with her signature rolling shot - previously seen before only in practice :)
