Freedom Lose to Liberty in OT

In our first Freedom-Liberty Varsity Women's Lacrosse match-up, Liberty pulled off a nailbiting win with 10 seconds remaining in overtime.  The Lady Pates truly played as a team today.  Goals came from a variety of players with half of them assisted (as opposed to Liberty with no assists).  Attack was extremely active, racking up 12 shots on goal.  The midfield looked great on the draws with Brenna Dosedlo at center. Defense was in top form, slowing down Liberty significantly.  A stellar performance in goal by Sam Rodriguez with 20 saves (67% save percentage in the first half!)  Final score:  Freedom 10 - Liberty 11   SCORE BY
