Dylan joined Coach Duke in the summer of 2011, and from the start, she impressed him with her aggressiveness and excellent ball skill in traffic. After contributing to a Hawks tournament team just prior to the season, she began the fall season as a Falcon. It didn't take long for her to impress and ultimately begin dual-rostering to the Hawks. Since then, she has solidified herself as an offensive weapon for the Hawks, and will begin this spring playing solely with that team.
