Baker exploded for eight runs in the sixth inning to rally past Laurel Hill in a non-district game. Colton Henry had two hits and scored twice for the Gators, while Preston Nixon and Jeremy Lynch also had two hits and one run scored. Jon Lyons had two hits to lead Laurel Hill, including a two-run home run. Ethan Jackson added three hits and scored twice.

The Gators (2-2) host Freeport on Tuesday.
