News Article - Fall Ball 2009 Underway - Sep 10, 2009 Our Fall Ball 2009 season is underway. We're practicing Fridays 4-6PM and Saturdays 1-3PM at the Georgia Perimeter College Field with a conditioning night on Wednesday at the Student Rec Center from 9-10PM. We have a number of games scheduled for the fall. The following is our fall game schedule thus far. Sept 19th ATL at Georgia State Oct 3rd Georgia Southern and Mercer at Georgia Southern Oct 10th Emory University at Emory Oct 17th UTC at Georgia State Oct 24th Georgia Tech and JU at Georgia Tech Nov 7th Clemson or Augusta State University Nov 14th Clemson or Augusta State University Nov 21st Mercer University at Mercer Anyone interested in joining should contact president Scott Partan at spartan1@student.gsu.edu. News Article - Furman game cancelled - Mar 20, 2009 Tomorrow afternoon's game against Furman University has been cancelled due to a scheduling conflict with Furman. The teams are hoping to reschedule the game for next Saturday to take the place of the East Carolina game, which had been cancelled as well.
News Article - State improves to 2-2 - Feb 18, 2009 After beginning the year 0-2, the Lacrosse Club at Georgia State turned their season around with back-to-back wins over Georgia Southern last Friday and Alabama last Sunday. Senior Brian Rossetti led the team in assists for the weekend with 6, 4 against Georgia Southern and 2 more against Alabam. Sophomore Matt Gibson was the big scorer for the Panthers putting 8 in against Georgia Southern and 3 against Alabama. Seniors Madison Seward and Brian Flannery had 8 and 7 goals respectively on the weekend. Fellow Senior Adam Holzwarth dished out 3 assists on the weekend. Even the defense managed to get in the scorebook with senior Andrew Theobald scoring a goal against Georgia Southern and having an assist against Alabama. This Saturday the team will play at Kennesaw State University at 2 p.m.
News Article - Time Change - Jan 30, 2009 The game at Emory University this coming Thursday, February 5 has been changed from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.

News Article - State adds two games to schedule - Jan 5, 2009 The Georgia State Lacrosse CLub added two away games to their schedule. On March 3rd the team will travel to West Palm Beach, FL to take on the Palm Beach Atlantic University Swordfish, and on April 4th, the team will play wil travel across town to the Georgia Tech turf field for a game against the Yellow Jackets

The schedule is not complete as the team has numerous openings for out of conference games. News Article - Officially SELC - Sep 25, 2008 The Georgia State Lacrosse Club was officially installed in to the South Eastern Lacrosse Conference on Sunday. The team will be in the Division II Central Division along with Kennesaw State University, Emory University, Furman University, University of Alabama, and Tennessee Wesleyan College. The season will begin in February of 2009 and practices are currently going on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8-10 pm.
