WELCOME to the G-FORCE All new players welcome! News Article - Goodbye to Sydney - Oct 22, 2009 What a trip. Great state, great hotel and accommodation, great food and drink, great baseball, great event and great company. All went well and other than coming home medal-less, sick of line ups and shot livers we all had a ball. Many great people were met and friendships made over the 10 days from within the G-Force team and from outside the team also. Places of interest where visited, shopping for the girls maintained their interest and many a fine pub and venue was frequented. Some great photos including our mascot 'SPOT' who had as much fun as the rest of the team if not more by looking at the photos. Stay tuned for more photo's to be included. Bring on Port Pirie, Mt Gambier, and possibly even the Pan-pacs in 2010. Be prepared for more joyous sausage sizzles over the coming year. Thanks all
News Article - Game Six - Finals - Oct 22, 2009 As luck would have it, after the minor rounds we were again scheduled to play the previously undefeated 'Mighty Fighting Cocks' after a great effort in holding them to a draw the day before. Much deliberation was had the night prior around team selection and after some time a team was chosen. The entire team tried to rally however the result went against us on the day and our medal dreams were over. A great effort overall.
News Article - Game 4 - Oct 14, 2009 Another good win was had by the team against the Kellyville Colts 13-3 at Samuel Marsden Reserve. Pitched well by Gavin Kilpatrick and a good hitting display by all batters with multiple hits from Geoff Jamieson, Scott Crutchley, Simon Bramley, Kerry Ahlberg, (2) Brook Kilpatrick, John Sandercock, Peter Hague, Stuart Crutchley, Peter Edwards (1).
New Photo Gallery - Game 4 - Oct 14, 2009 News Article - Game 5 - Oct 14, 2009 We played the top team today and they were as good as we were, so we achieved a draw. The result was 2-2. This was a very strong defensive game, with each team claiming 6 hits. A great pitching display by Anthony Coxon and well relieved by Geoff Jamieson. A fitting end to a great game of baseball.
