The jogleaders of our club will hold a 10 week “Introduction to Running” course for running beginners, lapsed runners or people who wish to improve their fitness through running.

The 10 session course will start on at 10 o’clock on Sunday 3rd March in the main car park of Balerno High School and continue on Sundays for 10 weeks until 5th May (inclusive).  Wherever possible there will be 2 qualified jog leaders at each session. 

The cost of the course is £15, but this will go towards membership of Harmeny Pentland Runners running club if you want to join the club and run with us subsequently.
