Our goal at HIsportsfolio.com is to help student-athletes from the Maui Interscholastic League reach their full academic and athletic potential through a customized program that will identify their respective strengths and weaknesses in and outside the classroom.
The process begins with a meeting with the parents and the student in order to assess the objective of each client. Naturally, a student’s academic performance, financial circumstances, social activities, special talents and learning assets or disabilities are all factored into the equation.
After a comprehensive evaluation, a plan of action is created to upgrade the client's portfolio. Among the topics of discussion are personal commitment, goal-setting, scheduling practice and sport-specific training, personal tutoring and academic counseling, etc.
Years of experience and local knowledge in our prep/sports community have allowed us to establish key contacts here and beyond the 50th state. We’re not just consultants but active participants in our student-athlete’s development and future. HIsportsfolio.com specializes in helping student-athletes find the right college or university based on their individual goals and accomplishments. We look forward to providing a personalized, stress-free service throughout the college-selection experience, offering support from 9th to 12th grade.
Depending on the student’s needs, our contributions could range from assisting with the application process to documenting a student-athlete’s season on DVD.
