Axtell Longhorns Website: http://www.axtellisd.net The Axtell Longhorns spent the last few years in 2A Division II, a class above Riesel, but the two are both familar foes. The teams have played 43 times and Riesel has taken 24 of the matchups compared to Axtell's 18, and one tie/cancel. However, the Longhorns have won the last two games between the teams - 55-6 in 2005, and 41-0 in 2004, when the both were in the same district.
