F.A.Q. Frequently Asked Questions 1) When does football start? The second week in August. 2) How many days of the week is practice? Five days a week from 5:00 to 7:00pm until school start in September. Once school starts practices move to a three day a week schedule from 5:00 to 6:30pm. 3) What is the cost? $150.00 which includes everything your child will need except for cleats, girdle, cup, and socks. 4) What team is my child going to be on? D1-Team is 3rd and 4th Graders D2-Team is 3rd and 4th Graders JVC-Team is 5th and 6th Graders C-Team is 5th and 6th Graders B-Team is 7th Graders A-Team is 7th and 8th Graders 5) My child is 8 years old, but in the 2nd grade. Can he play? Special consideration for this situation needs to be voted upon by the ITYFL board. You should go ahead and sign your child up for ITYFL like everyone else, and once the board has made a decision on your application you will be notified. 6) What days of the week are games? This year ITYFL will be playing games on both Saturdays and Sundays, although you will never have a game on both days during the same week.
