Bulldogs Rebound in Impressive FashionJan. 12, 2009 MAPLE VALLEY, WA -- The Mill Creek Bulldogs rebounded from a disappointing defeat against Meeker with a dominate victory over Tahoma Gold on Monday afternoon. Jumping out to a 27-5 lead in the first quarter, the Bulldogs never looked back in an amazing offensive and defensive performance. In the 59-18 victory, Tahoma Gold was held to the fewest points scored against Mill Creek than any other team in history. Randall Cooper led all scorers with 14 points, while key contributions were also made by Henry Hammond (12 pts, 8 rbs, 2 assists, and 6 stls), Harkaran Hans (2 pts, 7 rbs, 2 assists), Kyle Engman (11 pts, 8 rbs, 2 stls), Jordan Batang (12 pts, 3 rbs, 2 stls), and Austin Brenner (8 pts, 10 rbs, 4 stls). The Bulldogs travel to Mattson tomorrow night to face the Mattson Mustangs.
