The Lake Air Lions Defeated the Lake Air Mean Machines 18-12 to win the 2009 Lake Air championship.

The loss is a heartbreaker to the heavily favored Mean Machines who was undefeated going into the championship game.

We got a little over confident and they simplified and tightened up the basics, it worked.

So from all the Mean Machines to all the Lions we would like to say

Way to go Lions!! great job.

Lake Air Mean Machines beat the Lavega Pirates to move on to the November 14th Championship game.

The Mean Machine will be facing the Lake Air Lions for the championship.
