The Angels arrived in Florida and began there flight toward a World Series Championship. Starting on Monday the Angels won their first and only pool game 3 - 2. The Angels played two more pool games on Tuesday morning winning 4 - 3 and then later in the day tied the Florida Manatees 2 - 2. Bracket play began on Wednesday with the Angels defeating the Missouri Lightning 9 -3, and then taking out the Lady Maniacs from Tennessee 6 - 3. With a day off on Thursday the Angels enjoyed a day on the beach. Bracket games resumed on Friday with a tuff loss to the OKC Strikkers, but then the Angels bounced back defeating the Tennessee Dream.

Now the Angels were set for a showdown with the Manatees from Florida. The game was scoreless until late in the game when the Manatees took a 1-0 lead. The Angels immediately came back to tie it 1-1. With time expired in regulation play the Manatees scored defeating the Angels 2-1.

The Angels finished the World Series 3-2 in bracket taking 8th place......Great job girls!!!
