1st   Day

 

9-9:30am – Registration  

                                                                                

9:45        Welcome/Instructor   Introduction

                View Team Routine

 

10:00     Large Group   - Warm Up

                 Proper Dance Form/Body Placement

 

10:30     Technique   Classes (split into three groups)

  1. Beginning   - no experience
  2. Basic   knowledge - working on doubles, leaps,
  3. Advanced   - Need to have double, high leaps, nice Russians, flexibility

 

11:15     Individual   Routines Demonstrations from Instructors

               Learn   1st Individual Routine

 

12:15     Lunch

 

 1:15      Learn Team Routine - Part 1       

                   Team Routine- Routine consisting of Jazz, Pom, Kick & Hip Hop   styles

                   Learned by the entire camp   and perfected

 

2:30         Break  (can work on team   routine)          

 

3:30        Team   Bonding Activity

 

4:00        Learn   Team Routine - Part 2

 

4:45       PFHS with   Camp Choreographer

 

5:00       MMS with   Camp Choreographer

 

5:15       MHS with   Camp Choreographer

 

5:30       CHS with   Camp Choreographer

 

5:45       Meet all   together in gym

                Last   Information for Night

 

6:00        Supper

 

7:00        Swimming   (have to sign up),

               Cards/Board   Games,

               Nail Polishing   Station, Showers

                Team   Time for Practice

 

8:00       BMS with   Camp Choreographer

 

8:30       BHS with   Camp Choreographer

 

10:00     In sleeping   areas getting ready

 

11:00     Lights out   NO noise

 

Coaches are responsible for all their dancers. If any   leave the building or go outside at night they will be dismissed from the   camp with no reimbursement. Their parents will be called to pick them up   immediately.  

 

2nd   Day

 

8:00        Breakfast  

 

8:30        Large   Group Warm-Up

                 Proper Dance Form/Body Placement

11:00     Individual   Routines Demonstrations from Instructors

                Learn   3rd Individual Routine

 

12:00     Lunch

 

1:00        Review   Team Routine Part 1 & 2

 

1:45       Top Gun   Competition (Spins, Leaps, Jumps)        

 

2:45        Learn   Team Routine Part 3

 

3:30        Team Routine   Practice in the gym (last   look for Team Elite

                Competitors)

 

4:00        Break  (can work on team routine) (quick COACH   mtg)

 

5:00        Last Team   Elite Competitors Announced

               Brief   Meeting in Gym with Elite Competitors

 

5:30       Team   Activity

 

6:00        Supper

 

7:00        Cards/Board   Games,

                Nail Polishing Station, Showers

 

8:00-10:00

                Team   Time for practice (gym is open for Team Routine

               practice   only)
