Mid Coast Falcons - Code of conduct

As a player for the Mid Coast Falcon football team i understand that i represent the team and will be held

responsible for any actions that are detrimental to the organization. Penalties for said infractions will be

dealt with accordingly by the team board. Penalties depending on the infraction may result is suspension

for 1 game to dismissal and forfeit of yearly dues. All players for the organization have signed this form and understand that playing

football for this team is a privalige and is dependent on proper behavior at the discretion of the

board members. Anyone under review by the board will have a chance to defend themselves to the board

before any decision is made.
