2000 Storm win Flames Classic!!!
The 2000 New England Storm AAA Elite Peewee Minor team went 5 – 0 this past weekend, in winning the Flames Spring Classic in Marlboro, MA. The team went 3 -0 in the round robin with wins against PEI Riptide 3 – 0, Granite State Selects 8 – 0, and Jets AAA 4 – 1. They faced the Jets AAA again in the semi finals, winning 12 – 0, and then played the PEI Riptide in the finals, winning 5 -4 in a thrilling battle. The boys exemplified team play and determination throughout the tournament. Great job Storm! Their next tournament will be the Toronto Invitational, April 29 thru May 1st. Good luck boys….
