There is so much to give updates about this week.

First of all.....The carwash was a SUCCESS!! The girls raised over $2,000....$900 goes into the team account and the rest is going into personal accounts. Thank you to everyone who made the carwash a huge success. Ojai Pizza, Stevens Detailing and Ojai Gas for all their donations and support. Tomorrow I will announce who sold the most tickets and we will sign all the thank you cards that will go out to these generous companies.

Also, tomorrow the captain applications will be handed out. Anyone applying for captain will only get ONE application and must return it to me by the following Tuesday (5/12/2012). I will interview all applicants individually and I will then call all girls who were picked as captain on Thursday (5/14/2012). If you do not recieve a call then you were not selected.

PHYSICALS ARE DUE THIS WEEK! The physicals must be to me by Wednesday for Varisty and Thursday for JV. With out a physical form you will not be permitted to practice and these will count as unexcused absences.

The youth camp is approaching quickly. Flyers for the youth camp will go out next week (6/12/2012). Every youth camper a cheerleader brings they will get $30.00 into their personal account to pay their final balance.

The next deposit is due June 12th at practice. Your child will be recieving a form with the total dues, what you have payed so far, and what they raised at the car wash. I will list the total that is due by the 12th and the remaining balance which is due in July.

Parents also be aware that next week there will be a sign up sheet for different items needed for the USA camp (July10-12). Parents have already started bringing me water and snacks. I would prefer that you store any items that you are donating until the first day of camp because I do not have a Cheer office so there is really no place for me to store them either.
