USA Camp Update

Hello,

Camp begins tomorrow and I have some last minute information to pass around. First of all, I need the “Field Trip or Excursion Authorization” filled out and returned tomorrow by 7:30am. I will send out a mass email with the form attached and the team reps (Kayla and Taylor Baugher) have copies. Also, if you would like to fill it out tomorrow morning I willl have copies in the cafeteria. I am sorry this is such short notice but the office has been closed and Roxanne is still out on vacation so it took awhile to locate this form. Also, do not forget the USA permission slip that was handed out last week. No one will be permitted to participate in camp with out both of these forms.

Also, each girl needs to bring $10 in cash tomorrow at 7:30am. This will help cover items that were not donated.

If you are bringing an item to donate please bring it on the first day at 7:30am. If you are donating a perishable item please bring it on the day you are assigned.

Please check the packet that was passed out last week containing camp information. Please come in the designated attire for each day. NO Jewelry is permitted at camp. No long fake nails. No chipping polish. No gum. No visitors. Don’t forget sunscreen because we will be outside for parts of the day.
