Mission Statement

Sky Hawks Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide an opportunity for local boys and girls who wish to improve their basketball skills through playing at the competitive AAU level and to compete against the best competition in New England. We will provide the outlet for boys and girls to improve their skills and knowledge of the game of basketball. We will provide an opportunity for children from different communities to come together and establish friendships that will last a lifetime while having fun!

Our volunteers will strive to:

• Teach and instill fundamental basketball skills and conditioning.
• To promote the importance of academic standards.
• To promote the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship.
• To help prepare each player to play at the next level.
• To participate in AAU sanctioned tournaments.
• To conduct our program in a positive, family oriented manner.
• To develop sponsors to provide opportunities for players who want to play but who may not have the ability to afford the cost of playing.
