Please indicate which divisions you would like to enter. Entry fees are $30 for first division, $20 for a second division and $15 for a third. You may pay in cash upon arrival. Online payment is not yet available.

Important: When you click the "submit form" many users see a page that says "Internal Server Error" or "HTTP Errror 500". We will still receive your form despite this error! If you enter your email address in the form, the tournament director will send you a confirmation email with divisions you wanted and amount you owe.
