HELL WEEK!

Hell Week begins on Monday, Jan 12 and goes through Friday Jan 16.

6am conditioning at the REC every morning. Meet upstairs by the track.

530-730 night practices at the West REC fields. Don't be late!

No practice Friday afternoon, just morning conditioning.

Then we return to normal practice times. See y'all then!
