Highlands sprinter records three meet records

WAILUKU – Highlands High School sprinter Jessica Davis set new meet records in three events to earn the Outstanding Female award at the Satoki Yamamoto Invitational Track and Field Meet.

Davis won the 100 (11.99), 200 (24.75) and 400 (57.41) meter runs. Davis beat Kauai’s Tiffany Ikeda-Simao (12.46) in the 100 and defeated Seabury Hall’s Kailea Tracy-Visintainer in the 200 (25.02) and 400 (58.68). Both times recorded by Tracy-Visintainer, only a freshman, were also faster than the previous meet records.
