To get a head start on our 2012 Spring season, click on the 2012 Winter Workout link below. This is a 12 week workout, each week has it's own tab at the bottom of the excel sheet. This workout includes cardio, free-body lifting/plyos, and skills (explaination of the drills are under weeks 1-4. Scroll through the weeks at the bottom of the excel file). Use the freebody exercises until you begin your workouts with the Peter and the Strength & Conditioning Staff. Let me know if you have any quesitons.
