The Vikings are very excited about our upcoming football season and the prospect of having you become one of our new sponsors. Our plan for 2007-2008 is to gain enough sponsorships to allow us to excel in building community relations through charitable donations and community events.
The Daytona Beach Vikings is currently seeking sponsorships for the upcoming 2007-2008 football season. Our goal for this season is obtain corporate sponsorships that will enable us to fulfill our quest for the Vikings to gain national and international recognition through our success on the field, our success as an organization, and fulfill our commitment to the local community. SEASON PASS SPONSOR $200
Season Pass Sponsor has the opportunity to FULLY sponsor the print and
production of The Vikings season passes for the 2008 season.
Sponsorship would include a customized cover on the ticket which you can
include your company's daily specials, and / or business coupons, etc. This
is a great way to advertise your business at a relatively low cost.
With this sponsorship, The Vikings will include your Corporate
or Company Logo / Name on All Pages of Team Website, Recognition in All
Marketing Materials.
GAME DAY TICKET SPONSOR $175
Game Day Ticket Sponsor's the print and production of the tickets for
one (1) of The Vikings home games for the 2008 season. Sponsorship
would include a customized cover on the ticket which you can include your
company's daily specials, and / or business coupons, etc. This is a great
way to advertise your business at a relatively low cost. With this
sponsorship The Vikings will include your Corporate or
Company Logo / Name on All Pages of Team Website, Recognition in All
Marketing Materials.
ADOPT-A-PLAYER $275
An opportunity exists to adopt a player for the 2008 season. As the game
is played and your adopted player makes a great play, our announcer will
mention your company name (e.g. "What a play by John Doe, sponsored
by [Company Name] ") With this sponsorship The Vikings will include
your Corporate or Company Logo / Name on All Pages of Team Website,
Your Corporate or Company Name Under Players Picture in Vikings
Program Book. (e.g. John Doe - Sponsored By Enhanced Auto Care)
DONATION TO DEFRAY EQUIPMENT COST
The cost of uniforms and equipment are very expensive. Your pledge
ensures that all our players and staff are equipped with the best and
safest equipment and tools to us and helps the team maintain a professional
appearance.
DONATION TO DEFRAY ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES
The entire staff of The Daytona Vikings consists of volunteers. As we
all know, the cost of doing business grows each year. Our administrative
expenses include travel, league fees, charter fees, insurance cost, field
rental fees, etc.
SPONSORSHIP SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
BILLBOARD ANNOUNCEMENTS: Included in the higher level of sponsorships,
audio billboard announcements will profile your company at the opening and
closing of The Vikings home games. The presentations will include
your company slogan and tag line, e.g. "Tonight's game is brought to you by
(company name), the best in (city, county, etc.)."
AUDIO ANNOUNCEMENTS DURING GAME: As the game is played our
announcer will mention your company name as part of the commentary
according to your chosen sponsorship level. The number of announcements
may vary depending on the number of times a team may score, timeouts, and
length of game.
SPONSORED PLAYERS: In addition to providing the opportunity for a player to play, as the game is being played and your sponsored player makes a great play, our announcer will mention your company name e.g. "What a play by John Doe, sponsored by (company name)".
GAME DAY BANNER: Included in the higher level of sponsorships, Game
Day banner will be printed with your company name and logo. Banners
will be placed prominently on the perimeter of the playing field to
maximize exposure.
MARKETING AND ADVERTISEMENT: All levels of sponsors include company
advertisement on the game day programs (sizes vary on level of sponsorship). In addition, your company name / logo will be displayed on The Daytona Vikings team website.
REGULAR SEASON PASSES: Included in all levels of sponsorship, a specific
number of regular-season passes will be provided to all home games for
The Daytona Vikings. (Value: $25 each) Allows free admission to all
regular season home games, & complimentary beef hot dog, or slice pizza,
or nachos with choice of drink.
COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS: Each level of sponsorship receives a specific
number of complimentary tickets to any regular season home game for
The Daytona Vikings. (Value: $7 each) These are a perfect gift to
distribute to friends, family, employees, clients, etc.
VIKINGS PROGRAM BOOK: Each Level of sponsorship receives an ad
in our program. (Sizes vary on level of sponsorship) Program book has
players pictures, roster, game schedule, and more!
EXCLUSIVE INVITATION TO VIKINGS EVENT: Included in higher levels of sponsorships. Representative from your corporate / company will be invited
to participate in events given by, for, or with The Vikings organization.
VIKING T-SHIRT COLORS AND SIZES: White with black letters and team logo. Sizes range from Youth Small - Adult 3 X Lg.
