Welcome to Westmont Baseball's New Web Site! last update: 03-15-10 11:30 am Westmont High School Baseball participates in the Mount Hamilton Division of the Blossom Valley Athletic League. The main focus of the Westmont Baseball coaching staff is to Prepare, Instruct, and Develop our players, while creating a positive, enthusiastic learning environment that is very competitive and well respected. Our coaching staff is committed to supporting, encouraging, and guiding our players not only on the baseball field but in the classroom as well. Playing baseball at Westmont is truly a reward for hard work and dedication in the classroom. Pride, Respect, Commitment, and Hard Work, are the foundation upon which our program is built.
News Article - Yearbook Pictures to be Taken on March 23 - Mar 15, 2010 Team pictures for the Yearbook will be taken on Tuesday, March 23, at 2:45 on the baseball field. Wear your Home uniforms for the pictures and bring your practice uniforms to put on after the pictures.

News Article - 1/30/10 - 2nd WORKPARTY A HUGE SUCCESS - Jan 30, 2010
Thanks to all who attended Westmont Baseball's 2nd scheduled Work Party on Saturday, January 30, 2010. It was a great (and productive) turn out and the Pizza and Soda wasn't that bad either! Through the efforts of those in attendance we were able to move 15 cubic yards of Candlestick Mix and 7 cubic yards of Gold Fines to the field and leveled the playing surface. As a result, the Warning Tracks and Infield looks perfect and game ready. The practice field was graded, leveled and dragged. Also, in preparation for our new Fence Capping, almost 500 feet of the old faded red capping was removed. Leaves and debris were collected around the bleachers and the old cracked boards along the backstop were replaced with new boards and painted. You should take great pride in the appearance of our field as you all have worked hard to make it look the way our field should: "THE WARRIOR WAY".
News Article - FIELD WORK DAY A SUCCESS! - Jan 16, 2010 1/14/10 - FIELD WORK DAY SCHEDULED FOR THIS SATURDAY Thank you to all who participated in Saturday, January 16, 2010 Field Work Day. Through the efforts of those in attendance we have completed the following: Clean Up and Organization of both Dugouts Clean up and removal of leaves in both Batting Cages Re-cut and leveling of all perimeter lines Re-cut and leveling of 1st & 3rd base outside lines Collection and disposal of all debris on the Dirt Field Primed all Backstop replacement boards Primed Visitor's side Bull Pen The above accomplishment represents the common goal of providing our players the best possible field conditions that we can. Everyone should feel proud of the condition of the field and take pride in it's appearance. YOU ALL DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB! Lastly, our next Field Work Day is scheduled for Saturday, January 30th at 10:00am. Please plan on joining us to complete the final touches to a beautiful field.
