Q. I am having problems registering as a New Member.
A. If you are having problems joining up you can email your details to firstname.lastname@example.org , tell us your full name, we can enter you details set you up, we will send you your User Name and a Password to get you in, when you log in for the first time we recomend you go to 'My Account' and change your password.
Q. I am a registered member, but when I log in the site doesn't keep me logged in.
A. There is a problem when accessing via www.yaxleyriders.co.uk , a simple solution is to access the site with it's direct web address http://freeteams.net/yaxleycycling/index.html this should easily solve the problem.
Q. I can't update my Profile details
A. Currently users can't update their own details, however if you send them to email@example.com we will be happy to enter them for you, Remember to send us a photo!
Q. I want to put an event on the events calendar but don't know how to.
A. To ensure the Yaxley Riders site stays secure and it's content is suitable for everyone to view only administrators may post events on the events calendar, however if you have an event you would like to post just email the details to firstname.lastname@example.org and an administrator will do the rest.
Here are some hints on how to discribe your planned rides:-
Short Distance = Up to 15 miles, Medium Distance = 15-25 miles, Long Distance = 25+ miles
Easy Ride = relaxed pace & mostly flat, Medium intensity = 16-18 mph & some hills, High intensity = 18+ mph & some hard climbs
Road Bike = All riding on roads, Mountain Bike = All riding off-road, Hybrid = A mix of roads & tracks
